Armajaro Asset Management was incorporated as a limited liability partnership in England and Wales in 2002 and is authorised and regulated in the UK by the Financial Services Authority. 

The members of the Investment Manager are currently: Armajaro Holdings Limited, Armajaro Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of Armajaro Holdings Limited), John Tilney, Michel Danechi and Desmond Monteith.

The firm currently manages a number of successful hedge funds and has assets under management in excess of US$1.5 billion.
