Martin Lambert - Martin is the non-executive Chairman of the Armajaro Group and the Chairman of the Audit Committee. Martin joined the Board in 1998 and was previously head of operations and risk management for Phibro London, the commodity trading arm of Salomon Smith Barney.
Anthony Ward - Anthony is a co-founder of Armajaro and the portfolio manager of the CC+ fund. He is also the non-executive Chairman of Armajaro Trading Limited. Prior to forming Armajaro in 1998, Anthony was a Director and head trader for cocoa and coffee at Phibro. He has over 27 years experience in trading soft commodities, particularly cocoa and coffee. Anthony is the ex-Chairman of European Cocoa Association.
Richard Gower - Richard is a co-founder of Armajaro. Richard has over 20 years experience in financial markets and is the Chairman of Armajaro Asset Management and of Armajaro Securities Limited. Prior to forming the Armajaro Group with Anthony Ward, Richard worked with Dean Witter Capital Markets and FTC (Financial Trading and Consulting).
Harry Morley (not pictured) - Harry joined Armajaro in September 2008 as Group Finance Director. He was appointed Chief Executive of Armajaro Asset Management in August 2010. Harry previously worked in various private equity backed businesses, including the restaurant group Tragus Holdings where he was CFO. Prior to that he was at P&O for 6 years. He is also a non executive director of Bibendum Wine Holdings.
Richard Ryan - Richard joined Armajaro in 1998 and the Board in 2001 as finance director. In 2007 he was appointed CEO of Armajaro Trading Limited. Prior to joining Armajaro Richard worked for Phibro and for the Bunge Group.
Paul Lammers - Paul joined the Board in 2006 as a non-executive director. He was general manager of Gerkens Cacao prior its acquisition by Cargill in 1986 and became Executive Vice President of Cargill Europe before retiring in May 2002.
Tom Harrison - Tom joined the Board in 2002 as a non-executive director and is Chairman of the Armajaro CSR Committee. Prior to joining the Board, Tom was a divisional director of Mars and a board member of the Securities and Futures Authority (subsequently re-constituted as the FSA). Tom also chairs the ICCO's Expert Working Group on Quality. Michael Hutchinson (not pictured) - Michael joined Armajaro in October 2009 as a non-executive director. He was Chairman at RBS Sempra Metals Ltd from 2002-2009, Chairman of Wogen PLC from 2008-2009, Director of the London Metal Exchange (LME) from 1990-1996, and again from 2004 to October 2009. He was Chief Executive Officer at Enron Metals Ltd from 2000-2002, and Chief Executive Officer of Metallgesellschaft Ltd from 1994-1999.
