From its inception, Armajaro’s sugar trading team has been trading the Brazil to West Africa route, as well as establishing customer bases across South and East Africa, Central Asia, the Middle East and South East Asia.
Armajaro differentiates itself from its competitors in the sugar market by offering bespoke services to its customers, including import finance and other credit facilities, as well as tailored market reports, freight solutions and local currency sales.
The sugar team researches and monitors the international sugar and freight markets to ensure Armajaro is able to provide competitive pricing and contract structures. The establishment of sugar import trade finance facilities in Africa coupled with the team’s intimate knowledge of the markets built up in various international trade houses over many years provides an excellent platform for Armajaro to service its customers’ needs in other markets such as Central Asia.
Armajaro is able to supply all qualities of sugar from the main international origins including Brazil, India and Thailand as well as African producers in bulk carriers and container shipments. Specific qualities required for industrial use and direct consumption can also be sourced. Armajaro can also arrange inland freight to meet customers’ specific needs.
