Ecuador has become increasely important with the increase in demand for high end, luxury chocolate in recent years. Armajaro's presence in Ecuador began in the 2008/09 season where we supply manufacturers in the Americas and Europe. Going one step further than sourcing 'National' spec cocoa, Armajaro works with local partners to supply flavour specific cocoa for manufacturers in Europe.
In addition to 'National' type cocoa, Ecuador is the producer of the high yielding CCN-51, which we also supply to customers in Europe.
