Armajaro owns a 170 hectare estate in the foothills of the Paardeberg Mountain in the Paarl District near Cape Town, South Africa with a “Dutch Cape” manor house originally built in 1750.

The farm has 40 hectares of vineyards and has a wine making tradtion spanning three centuries.  The principal grape varieties grown on the estate include Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Shiraz, Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier and Chenin Blanc.

Wine produced on the estate is marketed through Armajaro Vintners Limited under the Vondeling label.
